Cancellation Policy
To reserve your appointment time, a $50 deposit is required for all online bookings. Clients may choose to pay the deposit only or prepay the full service amount. We kindly request at least 4 hours notice for weekday appointment changes or cancellations. For weekends and holidays, we ask for at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations, last-minute rescheduling, or no-shows may result in a forfeited deposit, as appointment times are reserved in advance for each guest. Clients arriving late may receive a shortened session in order to avoid delays for other scheduled appointments. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation. This policy allows us to better manage appointment availability and continue providing a smooth and relaxing experience for all guests.
